Since 1969, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washington County has been providing friendship, support, and guidance to children ages 6-18 through one-to-one relationships with caring volunteers who serve as friends, role models and mentors.

Big Brother

Our Mission: To put hope in a child's future by putting a friend in a child's life.

Behind this agency is a vast group of caring individuals who bring our mission to life. Parents and guardians who put their trust in us as they place their children in out program. Teachers who identify potential Littles. Principals and educational administrators who value our involvement. Volunteer Bigs who give their time and energy, and in doing so, find they get as much back as they give. Skilled, talented, staff who create and support quality Match relationships. Donors, whose generosity supports our organization and its expansion. Partners who share our ideals and believe in our vision. Board members and leaders at every level who open doors, and pave the way for our truly collective accomplishments. We are all part of something big.

Our Vision: To provide mentors to all children who need and want them, contributing to brighter futures, better schools, and stronger communities for all.
