MEET THE STAFF

Behind this agency is a vast group of empowered individuals who bring our mission to life. Our Bigs are not saviors, they are allies. Our parents and guardians put their trust in us, knowing that working together gives their child incredible opportunities and a bright future. Our community of families, Bigs, teachers, administrators, county workers, and donors make Big Brothers Big Sisters the powerful organization it is. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washington County is completely privately funded. The families we support have no fees to participate in our program. Big Brothers Big Sisters is here for Washington County. We stand with potential and work to ignite the power and promise in our youth.

Hello! I’m thrilled and honored to return to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washington County to now serve as executive director. I am passionate about supporting youth and finding ways to meet community needs. Having over 20 years of nonprofit experience, I am confident the team and I can do great things together to move this organization forward and make a BIG impact. I look forward to living out the organization’s mission and strategic priorities while building strong community partnerships to help strengthen Big Brothers Big Sisters' positive impact on Washington County youth.

In my free time, I Iove spending time with my husband of 24 years, Matt, and my two children who are 18 and 20. I also enjoy a good walk outdoors or love spending time at one of the beautiful local lakes. Being by water or outdoors has always made me happiest. I also enjoy reading a good book or doing something to bring out my creativity, such as cake decorating, baking, or painting.
