Being a Big Brother, Big Sister, Big Couple or Big Family is one of the most enjoyable things you’ll ever do. Not to mention one of the most fulfilling. As a mentor you can help shape a child’s future for the better by empowering them to achieve.

Ongoing Support

Our staff are trained professionals, here to help whenever you need it. You’ll be well-equipped with information, advice, tips, and answers.

A Match Support Specialist is assigned to every match to nurture families, mentors, and youth for the duration of the Match. They connect parents to much needed resources, coach Bigs in their mentorship, connect with school counselors and family liaisons, administer surveys, and track the success of Littles
over time and provide ongoing volunteer training.

We’ll also plan and host regular events and activities for matches and waiting youth. We share a handy list of discounts to local events and activities available to our Matches and families, so there is never have a shortage of activities to do with your Little.
