Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for all activities of the organization.
Our Board of Directors supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washington County by:
Formulate program policies and evaluate the program in relation to quality of service, community needs, and compliance with the national organization.
Formulate operational policies and evaluate effectiveness and compliance with the national organization (BBBSA).
Conduct long range strategic planning for the operation and development of the agency.
Prepare and approve an annual budget.
Support recruitment of a sufficient number of volunteers to meet the agency’s service needs.
